Mis Cocos is based in Luquillo, Puerto Rico. We ship our Online Placita goods across Puerto Rico and the United States, and we offer local pickup and local delivery for kiosk food and drinks.
Online Placita — shipped orders
Packaged goods (coffee, sweets, pantry items, souvenirs, gifts, candles, ceramics and apparel) ship from Luquillo.
- Puerto Rico: flat rate $3.90. Delivery in 2 to 4 business days after the order is ready.
- United States: flat rate $4.90 for small orders and $6.90 for larger or heavier orders. Delivery in 3 to 7 business days after the order is ready.
- Order processing: we pack and hand your order to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sunday or a holiday start processing the next business day.
- Tracking: as soon as your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number.
Kiosk food and drinks — pickup and local delivery only
Fresh food, poke, sushi, raw bar, tropical drinks and piña coladas are not shipped. They are available for:
- Local pickup at our kiosk in Luquillo, free of charge.
- Local delivery in Luquillo and nearby areas for a flat fee of $5.00. Delivery is scheduled the same day within our service hours.
Orders outside the Luquillo area are not available for food and drinks. You can always message us on WhatsApp to confirm coverage before ordering.
Returns and damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund it. Shipping fees are non-refundable except when the error is ours. Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
