These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mis Cocos website (miscocos.com) and any purchase you make through it. Mis Cocos is a local business based in Luquillo, Puerto Rico.
1. Orders and payments
By placing an order on this website, you agree to pay the total price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Orders for kiosk food and drinks are available for pickup or local delivery only, within Luquillo and nearby areas. Online Placita products ship within Puerto Rico and the United States.
2. Experiences and bookings
Experiences are coordinated directly with our team. Booking details, dates and times are confirmed by our staff, typically through WhatsApp. Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before your booked time, unless otherwise stated for a specific experience.
3. Shipping and delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Local delivery in the Luquillo area carries a flat fee shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Age requirements
Some experiences require a minimum age of 12 years or older, as stated on each experience page. Alcoholic beverages are intended only for customers of legal drinking age. By using this website you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
5. Changes and availability
Products, prices and availability may change without notice. In the event that an item is unavailable after you order it, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a replacement.
